BRUNSWICK, ME – Gulf of Maine Books at 134 Maine Street will host a poetry reading by Norman Fischer on Tuesday, June 30, 630 PM.
Norman Fischer is a poet, zen priest, teacher, former abbot of the San Francisco Zen Center, and founder of the Everyday Zen Foundation.
His many books include: When you greet me I bow, training in compassion, taking our places, the world could be otherwise, what is zen, men in suits (with a cover by Natasha Mayers), and his Selected Poems.
The event is free and open to the public.
