GORHAM, Maine – The Bowdoin College women’s lacrosse team cruised to a 20-3 win at the University of Southern Maine on Wednesday evening. The Polar Bears move to 3-4 on the season with the win while the Huskies fall to 5-3.

- Annie Bermingham scored twice in a game-opening 4-0 run for the Polar Bears, who took command early in the contest.
- Leading 5-2 early in the second quarter, Bowdoin rolled off 11 straight goals, including seven before halftime as the Polar Bears led 12-2 at the break, pushing the match into running time.
- The 11-goal run pushed Bowdoin’s lead to 16-2 in the third quarter and the Polar Bears added four fourth-quarter goals to put a bow on the 20-3 win.

- Grace Schorr and Mara Muse added hat tricks while Miya Imaeda had two goals and three assists for Bowdoin.
