Dom Lozzi '12 Named Assistant Coach of Women's Ice Hockey

BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Bowdoin College Athletic Department has announced the hiring of 2012 graduate Dominique Lozzi as assistant coach for the women's ice hockey team.

Lozzi will return to Brunswick after a three-year stint as an assistant coach at Trinity (Conn.) where she helped lead the Bantams to a NESCAC Championship and NCAA Tournament appearance in 2015.

A decorated member of the women's ice hockey team at Bowdoin from 2008-2012, Lozzi earned NESCAC Rookie of the Year honors as a first-year and served as team captain her senior campaign. She played in 101 games as a Polar Bear, totaling 37 goals, 48 assists and 85 points in her career.

She graduated Bowdoin with a degree in Government & Legal Studies and earned her Master's Degree in Public Policy from Trinity in 2014.
