VARIETY SHOW TO BE HELD AT TOPSHAM GRANGE

Maine State Grange’s three scholarship funds to benefit from funds raised.

Topsham, Maine, April 1, 2017– The Maine State Grange will be holding a Variety Show at Topsham Grange at 47 Pleasant Street in Topsham.  The show will feature an array of acts from musical to comedy.  The show begins at 6pm and admission to the show is $6.00

“We had such a great time at last year’s Variety Show we decided to have another one.  This one I think is going to be even bigger and better than last year”, Steven Haycock, Fundraising Chairman, Maine State Grange

During intermission, we will be selling slices of pie for refreshments and beverages.  We will be also be holding a raffle with items donated by local businesses.  A portion of the proceeds of the show will benefit the Maine State Grange’s three scholarship funds.  Including two dollars from each ticket sold.

The Grange, founded in 1867 is celebrating its 150th Anniversary in 2017.  It is a nonprofit, fraternal organization that advocates for rural America and agriculture.  With a strong history in grassroots activism, family values, and community service.  The Grange in Maine is part of over 100 communities with nearly 5,000 members.
