Scallops in aioli sauce.



We live in the beautiful State of Maine with long cold winters and often times we take for granted all the wonderful fresh seafood that is at our door step year round. In the Summer, especially, I love to cook fresh seafood outdoors on the grill. One of my favorite quick and tasty meals is steamed clams and seared sea scallops pictured above. This meal I prepared in less than fifteen minutes. I garnished the scallops with mixed greens from my garden and whipped up this aioli sauce to dip the scallops in. It was light and a perfect meal to eat outside on the deck.
